Hi CodeGeekz audience a very Happy New Year to all of you, we are back with yet another edition of cool and powerful jQuery plugins which you can have in your arsenal for optimizing and serving multiple purposes for your clients.

This is the first roundup of jQuery plugins for 2017 and we have chosen some of the best and Useful jQuery Plugins released recently and which we feel are best for your upcoming projects and time time-saving solutions to many of the modern design and development issues you may have.

We hope you will find the list useful for your work; you can increase the list by letting us know few more useful plugins in the comment section.

Below you will find some of the fresh and interesting jQuery plugins for January 2017.

1. Facebook Trafic Generator


The Facebook Traffic Generator gives the ability to lock any page on your website and make it visible only if the visitor clicks the Like button. Increase you facebook page fans, URL likes and Shares & Drive more Social traffic to your website. You can apply the content locker on all the pages, or only some selected pages, you can also create unlimited number of content lockers which are all independant on each page.

2. Pushme


This small but might really useful jQuery Plugin makes possible to push elements into specific containers depended on certain media queries.

3. Number-divider.js


number-divider.js is a jQuery plugin to divide numbers. You can divide numbers in inputs and simple HTML tags. If you wish use it in form then formatted values will be auto replaced on original values.

4. jQuery Pretty Dropdowns


Pretty Dropdowns is a simple, lightweight jQuery plugin that converts select drop-down menus into “pretty” menus that you can style using CSS. As an extra bonus, it does its best to keep the menu options within the viewport.

5. Scroll to Style

scrollToStyle is a versatile tool that lets you manage CSS properties of elements using the page scroll. You will be able to compel the elements move, change their size, color, opacity, background and many other properties.

Using scrollToStyle plugin, you can create incredible animations to visualize various data, apply effects to images and create stunning 3D graphics.
And the most important thing is that in the animation will be involved the user using mouse scroll.

6. Fajax


Fajax is a lightweight jQuery plugin for ajaxifying forms with file support. It’s wrapper of $.ajax function.

7. vDrop


vDrop is a minimalistic and customisable jQuery plugin to replace standard HTML select dropdowns.

8. I Miss You


I miss you.js is a jQuery plugin to change the title & favicon of the page when the user is not viewing your website.

9. Siema


Siema is a lightweight (only 1kb gzipped) carousel plugin with no dependencies and no styling. As Brad Frost once said “do that shit yourself”. It is 100% open source and available on Github. It is free to use on personal and commercial projects. Use it with your favourite module bundler or by manually injecting the script into your project.

10. Alfred


Alfred helps web developers to build the best portfolios and the most beautiful galleries. It dramatically simplifies the whole process and offers you wide range of features and options.

The plugin is consisted of fully adjustable tabs navigations, animated mosaic and grid layouts, impressive galleries and beautifully designed modal windows templates ready for your projects. By combining them all together, they form elegant portfolios and provide great user experience.

11. Mdstrap


jQuery mdStrap plugin creates a side menu for smartphones or other handheld devices. It’s built based on Twitter Bootstrap’s framework version 4 (currently alpha 2).

12. jQuery Bootstrap File Input


File input fields look differently in all browsers. It’s a pain in the arse to design something that looks nice in all browsers and it sucks that support for this is not available in Twitter Bootstrap.

This jQuery plugin is designed to make all file input fields look like standard Twitter Bootstrap buttons.

13. Youmax Classic


A jQuery plugin to showcase your YouTube Channel on your webpage. This plugin will create a tabs for all your uploads, playlists and videos.

14. jQuery Validate


jQuery Validate is a lightweight jQuery plugin for form validation.

15. Simple 3D Coverflow


Simple 3D Coverflow is a fully 3D multimedia coverflow slider plugin that allows displaying multimedia content with a unique original layout from a 3D perspective. It’s perfect for any kind of presentation, for anyone that wants to deliver a great impact to their visitors. It runs on all major browsers and mobile devices like iPhone, iPad, IOS, Android and Windows.
